Born and raised in southern California, Michael Thomas is a dynamic and enthusiastic Morning Anchor and Reporter in San Francisco. Michael received his B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from California State University of Los Angeles and his Masters from Medill- school of Journalism at Northwestern University. With a passion for always wanting to know more, and eager to ask questions, Michael knew journalism would be his future. Currently he is a morning Reporter/fill in Anchor for the KRON 4 Morning News in San Francisco. Over the years he has created his platform through social media and multiple news outlets. He has covered red carpet events, national political stories, breaking news, crime scenes and investigative stories through out California and in Chicago and Michigan. Michael finds comfort in being a voice for the voiceless. His unique storytelling brings a positive and unique style of energy to morning news and that's done through being himself and connecting with viewers.
